The Dolls Thailand Edit was born from a simple idea: that the best stories about Bangkok aren't found in guidebooks. They're in the morning markets, the quiet temple courtyards, the conversations over iced coffee at a neighbourhood cafe. We wanted to create a space that captures the real texture of life in Thailand's capital — the beautiful, the chaotic, and everything in between.
Who We Are
Founded by Mira Kittisak, a Bangkok-based writer and editor with over a decade of experience living between cultures, The Dolls Thailand Edit covers wellness, food, city life, and the cultural nuances that make Thailand endlessly fascinating. Mira grew up between Chiang Mai and London before settling in Bangkok, and that dual perspective shapes everything we publish.
What We Cover
Our editorial focus is on the lived experience of Bangkok — the routines, the rituals, the small discoveries that make this city feel like home. We write about street food etiquette and temple protocol. We explore wellness traditions that go beyond spa treatments. We profile the night markets where locals actually eat and the rooftop gardens quietly reshaping the skyline.
