Our Gift Delivery
We offer Worldwide delivery to our customers by Express Mail Service including insurance.
We offer free delivery in Thailand by our messenger (Same-day in Bangkok) and EMS Mail Service, EMS Priority Mail Service is usually the most cost effective service available for most of our teddy bears and stuffed animals. If you have a specific shipping request, call us and we will take care of your order.

Orders received before 11:00 am (Pacific Time) are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after noon, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the next business day.
EMS Express Mail delivery will be delivered in 1-3 days depending on your location and when the package if received by the post office. Jumbo items shipped by EMS take longer and you should allow up to ten days for a jumbo items to reach their destination. These delivery times are only estimates and you should allow additional time around major holiday periods to assure that your package arrives on time.
Should an item not be in stock it could take a little longer. We will keep you informed. We cannot take responsibility for any failure of the postal services to deliver an item in the specified time.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Or you can simply choose another item which is in stock.

All products ordered from DollsThailand.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your teddy bear (plush animal) purchase, we will replace the item or refund the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs). All teddy bear (plush animal) purchases are refundable within a 30-day calendar period from receipt of the product(s). All purchases incur a 10% restocking fee if item(s) are returned or the order is cancelled, package is refused, damaged or lost while being returned.

Returns
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of product and/or service provided, you may return the product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order for a refund (excluding all shipping fees and re-stocking fees). Contact our Customer Service department at sale@dollsthailand.com, or call for pre-approval before returning any products. Refunds are issued to the Purchaser. If the item(s) and/or shipment is "refused" upon delivery Purchaser will still be responsible for all shipping fees and re-stocking fees.
All returned items must be unused and in their original pre-shipping condition with all original tags attached. Include in the box a copy of the Invoice. Sorry, but LilBearShoppe.com cannot reimburse for shipping costs. All purchases incur a 10% restocking fee if item(s) are returned or the order is cancelled, package is refused, damaged or lost while being returned.
If your item(s) was purchased using our "free shipping" option, then you will be charged for all shipping fees, if you return the item(s). DollsThailand.com will charge the difference for the cost that we incurred to ship the item(s). For Example: If $100 in merchandise was shipped and then returned and the shipping cost to ClassyBears.com was $5 and the 10% re-stocking fee was $10, then the amount of refund issued to the Purchaser would be $85.00.
Teddy bears/stuffed animals purchased in quantities of 9 or more and all "special orders" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Free Gift Wrap - All gift purchases will be neatly wrapped in delicate white tissue paper for that personal touch. If you want you can upgrade your gift wrapping for $4.95 by selecting our custom gift wrapping choice on the shopping cart page. Note that jumbo items can not be gift wrapped.
